Montrose is the "Good Old Boys" dying community. Wages are about half of those anywhere else it is more expensive to live here than in Denver. The business community is a joke and most of the businessmen are not honest or truthful (part of the Old Boys Mentality) If you come here have your eyes wide open and be ready for an economic downturn that will take years to recover from.
