Maple Grove is becoming a more diverse city than it was 10 years ago when I moved here. There are more people of color in my immediate neighborhood, which is great considering Minnesota is a primarily caucasian state! There are also many more condo type housing built in the last 5 years, allowing for people who can't pay high prices for homes.
