Orangeburg county newcomer

I'm a White Single Male, 40 years old, with a degree in sciences, but am self-employed. I have found a great home for under $100K in western Orangeburg county, nice clean area with friendly people and I love it here. Located in between the four great cities: Columbia, Charleston (SC) and Augusta, Savannah (GA) and all of these cities within 45 min. to 1,5 hour reach, plus beaches are 1,5 hour away, the place is really great location for anyone. I see the great future for all of South Carolina and no wonder 4+ million live in such a small state. Great mild climate, beautiful forests and beaches, strong economy attracts thousands every month. I gave it a chance and I'm happy here as a newcomer.
