Awesome place to raise family

Awesome place to live , quality life a lot better than New York or San Mateo California where I was living before , it is getting very expensive and crowded.
We move from the Bay Area 20 years ago right on time now we are getting the California weather without paying high price to live .

Hi there! I’m living in Orange County, ca. I would like to move out to either VANCOUVER or OLYMPIA. I have 2 teenagers and an 8 yr old. So I’m interested in seeing how family life is. Are there good schools? Crime? Any neighborhoods you suggest or don’t? Any pros and cons would be great! Thank you :)

I used to live in Vancouver and come back for visits so I can't believe Vancouver will ever have California weather even with global warming. Maybe in a few summer months but the rest of the year is gray and wet.

California weather? Maybe if it,s an overcast all the time city, there must be one somewhere in CA? Vancouver has hardly any full sunny days back to back at all. Very gloomy place to live, with gloomy depressed people!
