I have no idea where BestPlaces draws down their info from but the data on this Indiana, PA page is unbelievably in accurate.It is Indiana county, not Allegheny. It is no where near any of the rivers mentioned, it's population is nearly 14,000 not 7,000.Those are just for starters.
