Family is thinking of moving to Georgia, but don't

My name is christine, and my family and i right now live in greenwich connecticut. We are having a VERY hard time staying around here. About 2 months ago our landlord told us he's selling the house, there for we have no where to go. The realator we are working with has only found 3 bedroom apartments, but we are a family of 8 and need at least 4 bedrooms with a family room and/or livingroom. My mom says she only wants to really stay around greenwich because the schools are the best. I don't think they are any better than anyother schools. She has recently been thinking about going down to Georgia to start over and also be closer to her mother who is ill. The only problem is she is worried that if she moves down there that the schools aren't going to be as good and that we won't be able to make it financially. If we can't make it down there she is mostly worried about trying to move back here (greenwich) because she would have no other place to go. Please if you can help me, at least let me know how the schools are, and if you think it would be hard or not to find a place down there. I would really appriciate any input about this.
