Review of Port Townsend, Washington

A city of history and creativity
Star Rating - 3/6/2016
I have lived in many places in New England and Northern California, but Port Townsend is unique. It has this blend of creativity, eccentricity and volunteerism unlike any other place I've been. Very hard to find gainful employment, but lots of opportunities to do meaningful volunteer work. And the climate is great, though cloudy. Very little snow, not as much rain as Seattle, lovely dry summers. If you are an artist, writer, craftsperson or IT creative, you will love living here!
