nobody from Maryland can drive. they cause so many accidents and block traffic with their bizarre driving habits. it's not just an urban legend, it's actually true. see someone driving way too slow or too fast, or blocking two lanes as they try to turn, or going the wrong way on a one way street? 8/10 times they have Maryland license plates
