Great place to retire!

We bought a home in Fairfield Harbour two years ago, and are very happy we did.
It's a great place to live or retire...a gated community with homes in almost any price range, and a very active community for golfing, boating, exercising, and socializing. There is a strong sense of community and you'll find many wonderful and friendly neighbors.
If you're considering a move, be aware that most of the homes were built in the late 90s or early 2000s and some are in need of a little updating, but that means you can put your own design on them and make them your own without breaking the bank. Many are on a golf course or canal, creating an idyllic and quiet retreat near the quaint town of New Bern.
I would encourage you to consider Fairfield Harbour...I think you'll be intrigued and who knows, I may just have found a new neighbor and friend!
