Nice place to live with great schools

Mercer Island is a wonderful family community. It feels much more "small town" than a city even though it has a population of 20,000+. People say hello and watch out for their neighbors. One of the most beautiful places to live in the Summer, but the constant rain from October to June can really get you down. On a brighter note the convenient location of the island to both Seattle and Bellevue is wonderful.
