I've lived here for the past 3 years renting 1st floor of a two family house.
3 blocks from train station to NYC. Shopping centers all around.
Very strong polish community in the downtown section but culturally diverse throughout. Growing city with mainly residential housing and light commercial/industrial. You won't see any skyscrapers. Doesn't have a stink even though it's next to the oil plant. I guess the wind blows the other way. All around a nice neighborhood. I personally would like a little more suburban neighborhood in the future but this isn't too bad for now.
