Rude People, Huge Population Explosion, Congested

We moved to Brandon 6 years ago. The people here are rude, will run you off the road, and will not let you into traffic no matter what. The High School allows the kids to drive off campus during lunch. My daughter had a teacher that would allow students to call and receive calls on their cellphones during classtime. One teacher surfed the web almost everyday instead of teaching. There are few businesses being built here, but thousands of new homes instead. What does that mean? Very crowded schools, roads and traffic at times can be a nightmare. The city took away our recycle program because it wasn't providing a profit for the city. Since when is recycling about profit? Most people here come across as being better than everyone else, which is very far from the truth. A town of glorified rednecks.
