Prices have dropped by about 5% versus 2006. Unlike many other areas on long island, the number of unsold homes have not increased in 2007. I see less for sale signs in December 2007 than in previous years. I do not know of any foreclosures in the surrounding area. Most people here can pay their mortgage.
