stats said house value had gone up

The stats said house value had gone up by several percent in the last year in Lyndon, well maybe the County value was raised but there is more homes on the market than ever and seller are taking less and less for them to get them sold. Also they are foreclosures sell for half of county value and half of what they would of sold for 2 or more years ago. So in my opinion home values are decreasing. Land has even been decreasing in price.
