I am strongly considering Lewes for retirement, with my husband, both of us being very very active! We want a place that is not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter, I read Delaware has top 10 weather in the US year round. I was so happy to read the review, but then the amount of disagreements startled me! Can someone....anyone....list some con's for moving there as a young, active, retired couple with 2 children in college. We want to start our lives over in retirement and it will be our last move hopefully! NEED's more affordable than Long Island NY, HAS TO HAVE great weather for outdoor activity year round and needs to be within 4-5 hours of LI, NY. Thank you!
