Colorado City is a polygamous cult that bases it's teachings on those of the early Mormon Church. There are very few people who subscribe to any other religion. The funniest percentage of all is the 28% religious. Most of the population are religious followers of Warren Jeffs, et al. It's a CULT! I suppose they didn't have that option on the census.
