Originally first settlers were Mormon. Very family orientated.
Students have nightly curfew at 11pm. Recreational events include 4th of July parade followed by firefighter water events at Lions park. Summer weekly youth camps such as karate, golf, dance, baseball, basketball. Demolition Derby, Rodeo, Butterfield days.
