I've been looking at property in Pahrump. We originally wanted to move to Boulder City, still looking there also. We are native Californians, husband is a disabled retired Marine and I am looking to retire soon. I have heard good and back things about both Pahrump and Boulder City but couldn't be any worse than CA. Don't get me wrong, I love CA and the beauty and hidden treasurers but taxes are killing us, and just the quality of live is not where I want to spend my retirement. Thanks for the insight Mr. Thomas and maybe one day we shall meet if we decide Pahrump is the place. Unfortunately this COVID-19 pandemic has put a halt on everything. What is the best place to live? Area?
