More cons then pros

Cons. Winter is long, very cold. Not a lot to do (unless you are very into the outdoors) Health care is TERRIBLE. Decent job opportunities are very low. Not the safest community.
Pros. Its cheap. Opportunity to learn about the Native American culture. The lake is pretty (but most of the beaches are dirty and not kept)
