You dont want to move here. Native hate how this state has become with so many people moving here that they will hate you to. Were assholes in this state. I would know im a native. Not telling you you cant, more of a word of advice, unless its for a reason you cant avoid and a good one (like a job relocation or because of a family member) dont. If its for any reason like “we need a change and dont know anything about the state” or “colorado has weed lets go”, try not to. We hate what everyone moving here has done to this state, everyone moving out here has ruined it thats why. As for the dog colorado is more animal friendly so that shouldnt be a problem. :)
