Better than expected

Del Rio is really a pretty great place. My family has transplanted here - it has it's pro's and con's - having lived in both big cities and small towns, but overall, it's much better than we expected. Keeping an open mind is key - a lot of the military families come here thinking it will be terrible and don't keep an open mind to a lot of the great things the city/area has to offer - and really miss out in my opinion.
