West Allis is very blue collar, just like Milwaukee. The schools are fine but there is a "me" mentality that is omnipresent. People don't bother to follow the traffic laws, but very liberal with the horn if you actually do. West Allis is very segregated and does not have much culture unless your into car racing, pit bulls or beer guzzling.
