Tulare is a terrible place to raise a family, that is why i did everything i could to get my newborn out of there!!!!! There is not only ZERO culture but there is an almost anti-intelligent air about the county. Good conversation does not exist unless it's about the Raiders or the 49rs. The "agriculture" that you talk about is only available to the wealthy in the area, everyone else is considered trash and make minimum wage! Visalia people make fun of tulare. The whole place feels like a prison yard! Truly one of the worst places i've every lived!!!!!!
