Not one of the best places to live.

There are many pros to Bay City, it is incredibly cheap to live in and most everything is very affordable. The problem is that the economy is terrible and there aren't many well paying jobs in the areas, so most people are surviving on government programs or a minimum wage job and can't afford to even shop at Walmart.
