Love City Island, except during the summer the number of restaurants and therefore the number of restaurant goers kill the island during the summer months. Unless you have a boat not a great place to live. Although very beutiful before July 4th and after Labor Day - quality of people going to restaurants is lacking as is lack of respect from restaurant owners to area residents - feel that buisnesses control city island life - possibly paying off politicians.
