Delaware is a small state which makes everything you need close. It is also centrally located between major cities like Baltimore and Philadelphia. The property taxes are extremely low on real estate compared to other states nearby and no sales tax which keeps the cost of living down. Also Delaware is on the east coast and has some of the cleanest beaches in the country. I would definitely recommend looking more into this state.
