Austin does suck these days - I have lived here for almost 40 years and it has gone way down hill - overcrowded as hell, too expensive, super yuppie high end superficial restaurants - too many Californicators - Bum's everywhere you go. Parks are so overcrowded you can't even find Parking. It's a hell hole now and I don't plan on staying here much longer!

Agreed!!!!!! I lived here for a year and it absolutely ruined my life. It took 2 years for me to come out of my depression from it. People that live here think its so superior. No activities. No good food. I got food poisoning almost weekly. People aren't just weird, they are delusional and dangerous. Can't drive at all. Think about it. All the big companies that have offices there, are small. They do finance or HR work. No creative hub is there, and nothing good that changes the world comes from there.
