Think before you act

Let me be succinct: lived here 11+ years now; taxes on home has more than tripled; main road (Blanding Blvd) is constantly crowded and backed up; property prices have fallen yet taxes continue to increase; schools are vastly overcrowded; crime is up by double digits; summer weather is painfully hot and humid; friendliness/neighborly factor has dropped so low its off the scale.
In short - save yourselves a stint in hell and avoid the area - Im getting out as soon as humanly possible.
