As a Realtor I can tell you that the market is saturated with homes for sale at great prices! With the "big three" laying off and Pfizer closing nearby there are many families making changes. However, Toyota is moving in right down the street, Google and many other businesses continue to move to the area. The taxes are not cheap but more affordable than other areas. The school district is an excellent one, University of Michigan in Ann Arbor is only five miles away so this suburb is a terrific value with sporting events in abundance, museums, concerts, art fairs and more. A wonderful place to raise a family.
