Excellent School

Having lived in Shawnee for the past 2 years, I have had the opportunity to deal with all grade levels. Shawnee's school system is able to handle both my Gifted and Talented Middle Schooler and my Special Education Kindergartner. I am extremely impressed with the extracurricular opportunities, including my daughter's involvment with Oklahoma Baptist University's Childrens Honor Choir.
With the low cost of living, excellent schools, small town atmosphere, and easy access to Oklahoma City the only thing deterring me from living in Shawnee forever is the extreme heat (103 today with heat index of 116).
