Birmingham has all the benefits of a big city, with none of the negatives. It has that urban feel with a small town charm. We walk to restaurants, library, movie theaters, grocery store, doctor and dentist appointments. We even walk to city hall to vote and pay our taxes. There are lots of events going on, and always something to do. A family of five, we have lived with only one car for the past seven years. We are so lucky to live here - a GREAT place to raise a family!!!!!
