Recreation?

I've lived in Decatur for about 20 years, and there's pretty much nothing to do. Especially for young people.
Most high school students find recreation with reproducing and drinking and doing drugs. This town is wound so tight there's not even a theatre or arcade or any place of that type for kids to go. There's a few bland sit down restaurants, and some fast food.
