Howell has grown into a snobs town. Taxes are extremely high since school super cares more about her salary and teachers' salary. Schools have a decent reputation, but don't believe it. Admin offices employ mean and nasty employees that are paid with your tax dollars. I moved here for the simplicity of the environment and NOW I can't wait to leave!
