I completely agree! I moved to the west from Houston looking forward to the beautiful forests, mountains and beaches. I am so shocked by the homelessness, crime, and how the west city governments are not doing anything worthwhile to address it. They continue with the same programs expecting different results and won't allow the enforcement of laws to protect the tax-paying, citizens. The criminals know they won't be held accountable and the homeless are taking over all the parks and public spaces which is a health and physical hazard for everybody!
