I’ll always love this place. It is making a comeback and the university is constantly expanding for the better. There’s a lot of revitalization and rehab of older historic buildings. There’s actually a shortage of workers here, so there is work available to those who are looking and qualified.

People have been saying it is "up and coming" and "making a comeback" for the past 30 years as it slides to the very bottom of every worst place list.
