We are thinking of moving to Vero Beach. My husband will retire I want to work. I am a Realtor in South Dakota and was also licensed in Wisconsin. We are familiar more with the Hutchinson Island area but are interested in Vero Beach. Are price range is lower as we do not want a big payment but from what I see on line I have found some nice homes in our range. How is the area? Crime? Weather? Things to do. I read some comments its boring and no shopping or nightlife. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
