Is Investing in Gloversville A Good Idea?

I have an opportunity to invest in some Gloversville multi-unit properties. I'd appreciate any feedback about the good and bad of doing this. I'm mostly interested in the prospects of the local economy, rental market, appreciation rates. Anything that relates to owning a rental in Gloversville would be appreciated.
