Review of Wilmington, North Carolina

Not that South!

Wilmington has a great climate. It is far enough south that you genuinely don't get snow and it's far enough north that you don't get the humidity of Florida.

The climate, like the culture is a mixture of south and north. We transplanted from the Midwest in 2007. We were pleasantly surprised by how many fellow Midwesterners living here!

There are some drawbacks if you move to Wilmington... you will have more visitors at your home than you know what to deal with. Haha! Seriously, Wilmington is a great place to live. It does have its problems like any other city but the upside of living here is far greater.

Another uneducated real estate loser making a fake review just so in the end he can advertise his stupid real estate job. Could you ever imagine a doctor doing that. Hi, I'm joe the doctor, if you ever need a hernia surgery visit us while your in town..

Dear Cedric, I am making a bold move and contacting you to see if you can assist me. I'm newly retired, homeowner in Austin, TX, and ready to move into a condo, close to water, in walkable areas with parks, eateries, etc. Don't need a lot of space BUT I do want a garage or covered parking, first floor (maybe second, if really special), 2 bed, 1+ bath, lots of light, open floorplan...
