Small town values in a beautiful setting.

My father graduated from Paris and I from a nearby small town. While schools are desegregated everyone still sits with their "own kind" during lunches etc. This is no different than the inner city schools. There is not enough to do fo the younger folks has been a complaint for decades. The market dertermines growth. There has to be a need for a new business to survive. Just like the requests for taxi cabs. A town of 1,500 people who mostly own cars could not support a taxi service for the few 50 folks who do not own cars. Paris is a wonderful small town with a rich heritage. They have a beautiful courthouse and a wonderful recreational lake with waterpark, etc nearby. Cost of living is super low and friendliness is super high. What more could you ask for? Maj D.
