If one is a left wing demorat vt is the place to live. High taxes. No conviences, cold, rains like seattle, high taxes, very few services, 55% of the state are dirt roads. Politicians are complete left wing loons. They do not like drinking but u can butt blast ur buddy at the bus stop and smoke weed. Yes the people u refer to who are hard to get to know are the locals that were born and raised there. They sat back when sanders came to vt in the 70s. Got into politics and got all the rest of the libs to move there under the noses of the locals. They hate flatlanders as they have totally changed their state to the worst place a conservative could ever live. Hell I'd live in california before vt only cause they have conviences and fast foods beaches restaurants etc. Vt blows
