Great small town life

They say that "everything's better in Metter," and I would have to agree. I moved here from Savannah, wanting to escape the crime and racial disharmony, and I have not been disappointed. Although I will not stay for long, as I want to relocate to another urban setting, this has been a wonderful and welcoming place to rest my head for awhile. The folks are warm and inviting, and this small community offers all the best of southern hospitality in a small town environment. Within an hour or two of Savannah, Augusta & Macon, it has a nice central GA location, and the climate is great!
