Homeowners Insurance Sucks

Run for the hills, Home owners insurance continues to rise and then you can't sell your house. The school superintendent retires with a fat retirement package and left tax payers with a New high school they can't pay for. This is a good place to raise kids but unless your making a great pay check be prepared for the Huge cost in living because of homeowners insurance (wind pool, flood, etc...), high taxes and traveling to go somewhere with something to do!!!!
