This mountain neighborhood is minutes from Northstar At Tahoe or in the opposite direction, minutes from Lake Tahoe. Tahoe Vista is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This area is ideal for family vacationing with access to four close by ski resorts hiking, biking, picnicking and snowboarding. Perhaps the nicest ski resort in Lake Tahoe Northstar at Tahoe is just 5 to 10 minutes away from Tahoe Vista by car.
All seasons of the year are beautiful in Tahoe Vista, CA. What I personally like about the North Shore in Lake Tahoe is that tourist activities while present is not as busy. There also seems to be more wildlife. Tahoe Vista and it's Milton neighborhood has a very warm feeling with many beautiful homes throughout the area!
