Unless you are drunk or 70+years old you will be content. There is nothing to do but drink and stay on your 5,000sq home that cost you 300,000. Lol
There is a reason WHY in big trendy cities that there is a lot to do the cost of homes are higher per square footage. I particularly prefer to live in a smaller home but in a city where there is LIFE!!!!! Not to mention the weather SUCKS!! There is no real winter or real summer because all you have is a NASTY LAKE filled with mosquitoes. All you get is a high in allergies season in the spring. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BORING PLACE if you like the outdoors and like a city that is alive and plenty things to do. This place is BORING!! Way too many old people that all they do is drink or go to the groceries.??
