A very violent city, off the charts! It is terrible that the local authorities have allowed this city to become like this.

The people are the problem in Chester PA. Probably 97% of the poplulation abuses drugs and or sells drugs. Many of the people that live there aide the drug dealers because they grew up there. Not a good town to live in.
