Flagstaff is a great place to live. Especially for those who love the outdoors. Many rereation opportuities within the city as well as the surrounding area. A very difficult place to make a liviving. Housing prices are unreal. 40-60% higher than Phoenix. Bring your money with you is the message.

WOW!! you must be a wee bit confused. just a quick trip to any MLS site will show truth of matter which is Flagstaff is not higher than Phoenix
