I am planning to move to Rittenhouse Square or nearby there to be closer to my son and young grand kids, even though they will be about a half-hour away in the suburbs. I have never been able to live in a city and the idea of living in a high rise excites me. I would love to experience it. Right now I live near the Jersey Shore and hate it and also miss my son and DIL and grand kids in the PA suburbs. I am recently retired and not concerned about the job market / work commute. To all those familiar with Rittenhouse Square and surrounding area this area is this a good place to move to? -- pros and cons. Thanks for your insights.
