Is it better to move to Arcadia, CA or to Round Ro

Hi,
We live in the city of Los Angeles, a total nightmare for us who lived in Texas for more than 5 years. We have job offers in both Arcadia, CA and in Round Rock TX. We hear great things about Round rock but are concerned that if Dell, which is in losses now, closes, the area may fall into economic hardship, and there goes the great school district, etc with it. Any thoughts? Appreciated.
