Rising crime

I have lived in this area for 40 years and I want to get out. I am 7 miles from Wilmington and 25 from Phila. I have been looking into places in Florida, Georgia, and other Southeast states. Crime here is higher than anyplace in the East. Cancer rate is very high and air quality is poor. Also allergy ratings are poor. My area does have good employment but I am age 67 and this is no longer a factor for me. I hope to get good advice from this website. TJP
