Review of Pueb,

RUN AWAY FAST!
Star Rating - 8/21/2018
I moved here from South Dakota and regret it 100%. I have been here a year for personal reasons and cant wait to move. I now live in the county, which is better compared to in town. Pueblo has homeless at every corner, garbage, and needles that litter EVERY street. The ghetto is 90% of Pueblo. There are no "good" neighborhoods! You rarely see kids riding their bikes unless they are with at least 2 adults. The teachers went on strike right before summer break since the city will not pay them anything worth their time.

On EVERY block there is a discount store (Dollar General, etc), a weed store, and a bar or liquor store... so you can guess what kind of people are here

The crime is unreal. It is so bad that most of it gets let go. The DA office is full of young fresh from college dick bags. They will do whatever it takes to charge you, even if you are blatantly innocent. They will drag it out in hopes that you give up and they can chalk up a win on their scoreboard. The Police have been accused of everything and anything from aggressive force to sexual assult! I have been right next to an officer at a red light, they were impatient, turned on their siren and lights, drove through then turned off their lights. I caught up to him at the next light... Going 10+ mph over the limit is normal. The police even speed!

THE PEOPLE SUCK! Customer service is a foreign language here. A waitress saying "hello" to your table is not the norm. If you meet someone born and raised in Pueblo, run fast! They are lazy, crazy, and will do anything to take advantage of you.

If you are a real estate investor, beware of squatters. That is normal here. We had one and had to evict her. She stole our property and trashed the place... thats another story.

There are homeless everywhere here for sure. One thing I've noticed after living here a year. Pueblo is like a Christian. They try to keep the front of their properties nice but look at the back and in the alleys. That's the true story. I've lived here a year and i'm disgusted by the homeless coming into the alley and digging food and cig butts out of the trash. I guess I shouldn't complain though. If it's not them it's the nasty cats or squirrels. pueblo has no animal control and no people control.
